Customize your raid exprience

Raidar lets you reflect your branding in various spots, for free. - See below how to add a media (Image, Video, Gif) to the raid message and to the leaderboard.

Text step-by-step guide:

Add a raid media (image, video, GIF)

1. Send /options in your group, Raidar will open the options:

1. Tap “In Group” (to open the options in the group) or “In Private” (to open the options in DM)

2. Tap “Customization”

1. Select 🖼 Raid Media

1. Reply with your image, video, or GIF to Raidar's message

Add a Leaderboard Banner (image, video, GIF)

1. Send /options in your group, Raidar will open the options:

1. Tap “In Group” (to open the options in the group) or “In Private” (to open the options in DM)

2. Tap “Leaderboard”

1. Tap “Banner”

1. Reply with your image, video, or GIF to Raidar's message

Raidar Customization FAQ :

Can I upload a heavy raid media/banner?

Yes you can, but that will not be optimal, and may take time to load, on user's end.

Can I change my raid media/banner?

Yes — anytime. Just repeat the /options → 🖼 Raid Media process. New media replaces the old instantly.

I sent a file, but Raidar doesn’t load it?

Make sure you are replying to Raidar’s message ❌ Don’t send it as a standalone message > ✅Reply to Raidar says “Send your media”

I uploaded media, but it’s not showing in raids?

If a raid is already running, stop it with the command /stop in group, the media will appear on the next raid
